COLONIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A new Mediterranean eatery has opened its doors in Colonie. Bol Mediterranean Grill, located at 1875 Central Avenue, officially opened at the end of July.
Saber Seraj said he saw a chance to fill a gap in the market with fast-casual Mediterranean food.
