We chose to build Bol in Albany to bring a taste of the Mediterranean — with influences from the Levantine and Central Asia — to the heart of the Northeast. We like to say we have plentiful warmth, both in our from-scratch cooking and our family-run atmosphere, and let’s be honest — sometimes Albany needs a good warming up.
